On tonight's episode of
The Biggest Loser, Michelle deals with the aftermath of her mother's elimination. Renee and Michelle have been by each other's side the entire season and, right at the very end, Michelle realized that she is now alone in this game. Meanwhile, the blue team literally jumps and down, celebrating the fact that they've made it to the final four. Bob sits them down and tells that, this week, they're going to need to play the game his way and not the way they've been playing all along. While he's busy asking them what they've learned about themselves, Jillian gets to work training her own black team member remaining for the weigh-in.
During the week, Alison Sweeney shows up at the house with a box for them that is marked "special delivery". Everyone tries to guess what's inside but they are all shocked to see the clothes that they wore when they first came into the house. They can't believe that they were ever that size and of course, they all make a pact never to go back to the way things were. They burn the clothes and decide never to look back.
Tonight's challenge takes place at a race track. The final four players will have to run around the track, with 11 weights attached to them, which equal their weight when they first entered the competition. They had to stop at 11 different pit stops, shedding weight along the way. Ed and Michelle give each other a good run for their money but it is Ed who crosses the finish line first, with Michelle a close second. Heba finishes third and Vicky ends in last place. As the winner, Ed receives the
Biggest Loser Meal Plan delivered every day right to their door leading up to the finale as well as $10,000.
Back at the house, the trainers meet with each contestant individually, and shows them their journey while being on
The Biggest Loser through videos. After emotional meetings with Bob and Jillian, it's back to business as usual for a grueling last chance workout. Here are the numbers from tonight's crucial weigh-in:
- Michelle: 9 pound loss (5.26%)
- Vicky: 6 pound loss (3.41%)
- Heba: 7 pound loss (3.23%)
- Ed: 2 pound gain (-0.80%)
Bob is convinced that Ed intentionally gained the weight to ensure that Heba would go to final three. The only problem is that Heba's weight is not enough to ensure her a spot in the finale so now, they are up against each other. Each pleads their case to America to vote them into the finale, but Ed just asks fans to vote his wife in, which they probably will.
