On tonight's episode of The Biggest Loser, Jillian's black team deals with their regret over not voting Vicky out after the last weigh-in.  It may have been their only opportunity to get rid of this season's biggest gameplayer.  Bob uses the fact that Vicky stayed to stage a reconciliation between her and Amy, who voted out Brady 2 episodes ago.  Host Alison Sweeny informs the contestants that, in honor of Thanksgiving, the NFL will be coming to The Biggest Loser.  They head outside and are shocked to find special guests Jerry Rice and Steve Young waiting for them.  There's no time to be starstruck though, as these NFL MVPs take the players through a series of serious drills and obstacle courses.

As the players prepare to go through the drills, they find out that the one with the fastest time will win this challenge.  That person will receive $5,000 from NBC and $5,000 from the NFL to donate to the school of their choice, in honor of Thanksgiving.  Vicky ends up winning, with the best time, and is so happy to be able to give back to her community.  All of that practice with Steve Young and Jerry Rice helps pave the way for the next football challenge.

Players will have to start at the opposite end of the field while footballs are launched in their direction.  They'll have to catch the ball, run down the field, and place the ball in an opposing player's rack.  When a player accumulates 10 footballs, they're out.  The blue team decides to come together to take out the black team before turning on each other.  The winner will receive a 2009 Pro Bowl package from Expedia, which involves a trip to Hawaii.  The blue team takes out Michelle first followed by Renee.  Ed goes out next, then Amy.  Only Vicky and Heba are left and once again, Vicky is victorious.

After the competition, the contestants are visited by celebrity chef Rocco DiSpirito to teach them how to prepare a healthy Thanksgiving meal.  During dinner, Rocco surprises them and lets them know that videos from home will be waiting for them afterwards.  When the videos are over, everyone is back to reality and are reminded of the reason they're there - to lose weight and win $250,000.  They head to the gym for their last chance workouts before going to a crucial weigh-in.

• Heba: 7 pound loss (3.03%)
• Ed: 9 pound loss (3.44%)
• Vicky: 7 pound loss (3.74%)
• Renee: 8 pound loss (3.86%)
• Michelle: 10 pound loss (5.38%)

Michelle blows away the competition and the black team shocks Bob and the others.  Heba and Amy fall below the yellow line and it would not be surprising if Vicky orchestrates her exit, since she helped eliminate Brady.  Michelle and Renee vote for Heba while Ed and Vicky vote for Amy.  Because it's a tie, Amy is automatically eliminated, because she has the lowest percentage of weight loss.
