The Biggest Loser: Did They Keep the Weight Off? Recap
Tonight's special is perfect for The Biggest Loser fan.  We get to find out if the previous contestants have really kept the weight off and stuck to their diet and exercise programs.  Previous contestants are returning to get back on the scale and we'll find out who kept off the most weight.  We'll also get to check in with Matt, Suzy, and the newest addition to their family.  It's going to be a fun night for The Biggest Loser, as we gear up for season 4.

The first player we check in with is Marty, who started The Biggest Loser at 365 pounds.  He's become a personal trainer since leaving the show .  During his time on tv, he met and fell in love with fellow contestant, Amy.  Later in the show, he'll be proposing to her!  Before he can do that, we need to find out if he's kept the weight off.  To date, he's dropped 125 pounds, showing exactly what wonders this show can work!

Next to check in with fans is season 2 winner, Erik.  His weight loss and transformation from day 1 of last season is truly amazing.  He's since sold his New York deli and has focused on being a motivational speaker and helping others who were just like him.  He gets on the scale, where he once weighed 407 pounds.  Tonight, he clocks in at 231 pounds meaning he's managed to keep off 176 pounds.

Trainers Bob Harper and Kim Lyons join host Alison Sweeney on stage to offer some quick diet tips.  1) Cut out diet soda, it doesn't work.  2) Try yoga.  It's just as good for you mentally as it is physically.   Write those down!

We see how far Pam has come next, who thanks the show for giving her her life back.  She and her husband completed a triathlon together this summer and when she steps on the scale, we find out she's shed 60 pounds since appearing on the show.  Pete joins Alison on the stage next, who started at 400 pounds and came with a host of medical issues.  Today, he works with kids and adults to help them live healthy lives.  He now weighs 160 pounds.

Last season's The Biggest Loser home contestant, and fan favorite, Poppi heads to the stage next to show what an amazing change she's made.  A comedian, she had to write new material after losing all the weight since she could no longer do fat girl jokes.  A year and a half ago, she weight 232 pounds.  She currently weighs in at 106 pounds.

Season 1 contestant Kelly has been working hard since appearing on the show and is trying to lose that last little big of weight.  Since being on the show 3 years ago, she has lost 63 pounds.  Fellow season 1 contestant Drea, who has become a motivational speaker since being on the show, gets on the scale.  She has gone from 215 pounds to 151 pounds.  Last season's contestant, Wylie, has gone on to work with people with disabilities to help them live healthy lives.  He has kept 97 pounds off to date.

Alison brings us an update on the first Biggest Loser couple, Matt and Suzy.  We're introduced to the newest addition to the family, baby Rex.  After that, we check in with last season's contestant, Amy, who talks about falling in love with Marty.  She started the show weighing in at 260 pounds and heads to the scale to get her new weight.  But the big surprise for her comes when Marty gets down on one knee and proposes in front of the entire studio audience!

That brings us to the end of this special but don't forget that the new season of The Biggest Loser premieres next Tuesday on NBC!
