The Biggest Loser Couples: Season Finale Prediction
Share This Share this
Tomorrow night, three people will compete on The Biggest Loser’s season finale for the grand prize of $250,000. Kelly and Ali have already solidified their place in the finale but Mark and Roger have had to wait to find out which one of them will be standing in between them. Both fell behind the yellow line on last week’s episode. With Mark in an air tight alliance with Ali, it seemed certain that Roger would be voted out. In a twist, Alison Sweeney announced that America would decide which one of them will make up the last piece of the final three. The winner of that vote will be announced in the first five minutes of tomorrow night’s live episode. Here’s a closer look at the final four and my pick to win it all on The Biggest Loser!

Kelly started the show as the heaviest woman of the season, topping the scale at 271 pounds. As of the last episode, she has lost 93 pounds, bringing her weight down to 178 pounds. She has lost 34.3% of her total body weight. Roger was a member of the heaviest team. He started this season at 363 pounds and now weighs 219 pounds. He has dropped 144 pounds, which is 39.7% of his total body weight.

The two clear frontrunners to win this season are Ali and Mark (should he win America’s vote and make it to the finale three). 32 year old Ali joined The Biggest Loser weighing 234 pounds. She and her mother, Bette-Sue, were voted out in week 4 but Ali joined the show again in week 10 for losing the highest percentage of weight at home. Mark has a similar story. He started at 285 pounds, was voted out in week 9, but came right back in week 10 for losing the highest percentage of weight of the eliminated male contestants. Mark weighed 169 as of the last episode, which is 40.7% of his total body weight. Ali weighed 135 pounds, which is 42.3% of her total body weight.

Looking at the numbers, Ali is in the lead by a good amount. 2% on the show is a large margin to be beating someone by. However, how much lower can Ali go than 135 pounds? Perhaps she can get down to 120. Another 15 pounds should really solidify her lead over the other players and this could be the year that a woman finally wins The Biggest Loser.

Who do you WANT to win The Biggest Loser?
