The Biggest Loser: Couples: Season Finale Live Thoughts (Page 2/2)
Jerry, who's 64 now, is in the lead. It's time to see silver and blue! Sione says that he wants to lead by example in his culture. He's shaved his beard and looks adorable. Filipe makes a joke about pancakes. Carla was the heaviest woman to ever come to The Biggest Loser campus. Joelle agrees with Alison when she says, "Carla's biggest problem wasn't what she was eating but rather what was eating her."

Sione, 372 lbs, now 226 lbs, -146 lbs, 39.25%
Filipe, 364 lbs, now 229 lbs, -135 lbs, 37.09%
Carla, 379 lbs, now 251 lbs, -128 lbs, 33.77%
Joelle, 309 lbs, now 229 lbs, -80 lbs, 25.89%

Cousins Blaine and Dane come out next. Sisters Mandi and Aubrey follow. Blaine and Dane tell us they did a half marathon, a full marathon and then a half iron man all in three weeks. They said they wanted to challenge themselves so they did. Aubrey and Mandi discuss losing weight with children. Blaine will weigh-in first and talks about being a good role model for his children. Alison Sweeney makes a cheesy joke about Dane having a new lease on life. Get it? He's a real estate appraiser. Dane tears up when talking about how he's already won. Seeing men cry is like my kryptonite. Stop it! Mandi talks about how happy her family is now. Aubrey talks about how hard it was to focus on weight-loss when she was focusing on her kids.

Dane, 412 lbs, now 258 lbs, -154 lbs, 37.38%
Blaine, 365 lbs, now 249 lbs, -116 lbs, 31.78%
Mandi, 263 lbs, now 171 lbs, -92 lbs, 34.98%
Aubrey, 249 lbs, now 194, -55 lbs, 22.09%

Cathy and Kristin make their way onstage. Kristin has a new blonde hairdo. David and Daniel come out next. Alison points out Kristin's rock star haircut. Daniel talks about losing a hundred pounds and he's still huge but he's never giving up. Ever. David, who seems to have changed the least since the start, doesn't say anything. Jerry is still in the lead. He's 64 years old. He was only on campus for two weeks. Alison Sweeney asks if this can happen. Can it? I guess we'll find out.

Cathy says her new addiction is spin class. She also says she feel powerful. Kristin has a ton of fans in the audience. She's on the cover of Life & Style right now, which is awesome. She gets a standing ovation when she weighs in. David didn't lose much but the audience is really supportive of him. Daniel says he feels like a fit person trapped in several winter coats.

Kristin, 360 lbs, now 193 lbs, -167 lbs, 46.39%
Cathy, 293 lbs, now 198 lbs, -95 lbs, 32.42%
Daniel, 454 lbs, now 312 lbs, -142 lbs, 31.28%
David, 393 lbs, now 250 lbs, -43 lbs, 10.94%

Jerry is still in the lead! Laura, Shannon and Ron still have to weigh-in. Shannon sacrificed herself for her mom, Helen to stay on campus. She says that she thinks she made the right decision. Ron thanks America for putting Mike in the finals.

Jillian is sitting on top of Erinn and Bob Harper is making Amanda do weights on the treadmill. Jillian Michaels inadvertently shows off her killer abs. Voting is still open. I don't even know who I would vote for. They seem so similar. Plus, why would I want to participate in making one person's dream come true if I'm destroying the others? Sad.

The final three weigh-ins are about to start! Against all odds, Jerry is holding the lead. Laura weighs in first. She experienced the biggest injury to ever happen on The Biggest Loser so she couldn't do as much as the other contestants. Shannon says she's never going to be that chubby chick ever again. And she's totally working the roller girl dream, which is great. Ron wants to help his sons live a happy life now, but he'll never beat Jerry.

Laura, 285 lbs, now 199 lbs, -86 lbs, 30.18%
Shannon, 283 lbs, now 191 lbs, -92 lbs, 32.51%
Ron, 430 lbs, now 238 lbs, -192 lbs, 44.65%

Jerry has won the $100,000 at home prize. He gets a big hug from Bob and Jillian. His granddaughter, Carson, runs up onto stage to congratulate him. He then picks up Jillian Michaels and carries her across the stage.

Now a look back on Bob Harper and Jillian Michael's journey: Bob's blow up a Joelle is shown for the fourth time. Jillian yells at everyone. Bob gets emotional and hugs all his contestants. In an interview, he tears up. More men crying. You're killing me. Jillian tells us that she's a part of something magical. Alison Sweeney asks why Bob took this season so personally. Bob Harper says he cared so much for them. Jillian tells us that The Biggest Loser is about making your dreams a reality.

Alison brings out Bob who just won The Biggest Loser Australia and his daughter, the runner-up. Okay.... that was kind of pointless.

Mike's story is up first. He tells us he was heading towards a premature death. He grew up on The Biggest Loser ranch. Mike was a shy timid boy and now he's a man. He broke the all time record on campus. At only 18 years old, Mike has his entire life ahead of him.

Helen's story is next. She was a 257 pound 48 year old woman. She started with Bob, was switched to Jillian and then chose to stay with Jillian. Jillian calls her a powerhouse. She lost 103 pounds while on campus. She says all the work she did paid off. Helen says she now feels beautiful. She ran a marathon in 5 hours 48 minutes and she'll never doubt herself again.

The last finalist is Tara Coasta. Tara won 12 challenges and lost 135 pounds. For 18 straight weeks, she never fell below the yellow line. She won more challenges than anyone else. She lost more weight than any other women on The Biggest Loser campus. Tara's motto was always "I'm changing my life." Her competitive spirit has led the pack the entire season. She says that it's the best experience she's ever had in her life. Tara says that if she gave everything she has, then she deserves it.

Alison Sweeney finally calls the final contestants back out on stage. Mike comes out first and someone in the audience has a sign that says, "I want to be like Mike." Helen busts out of her old self next and she's wearing an adorable pink dress. Her and Mike hug onstage. She says that she lifted tractor tires and her trainers at home pushed her hard. Tara comes out last in a small green and blue dress. She sort of stumbles over her old self as she walks out. Alison Sweeney has to drag Tara into center stage because she wants to talk to all the other contestants. The audience starts chanting Tara's name and it looks like I won't be the only one who will be disappointed if Tara loses. Alison tells Helen that age isn't an excuse anymore now that Jerry's won the at home prize. Tara gets to decide the order since she won on campus. She decides to let Helen go first, then Michael and then herself.

Erinn and Amanda are waiting to hear who will make it onto the next season. Erinn's wearing the winning green color and Amanda is wearing pink. Amanda will be America's contestant. Erinn wins a Biggest Loser at home kit or something.

More back-stories before each person weighs in, with Helen's starting first. She says, "Look at me! I'm an athlete!" Helen steps up to the scale and says she's never felt better.

Helen, 257 lbs, now 117 lbs, -140 lbs, 54.47%

That's a higher percentage of weight loss than Jerry's. The old people are rocking it tonight.

Mike looks really nervous but Tara is all smiles. Mike broke the all-time record on campus. He says that there's not way he's going to lose because he wants to be The Biggest loser. Alison jokes with Mike about his confidence.

Mike, 388 lbs, now 181 lbs, -207 lbs, 53.35%

He didn't be Helen but he lost more than he ways right now. He's all smiles even though he's not winning. Now Tara looks nervous.

We see Tara's jubilation after each of her weigh-ins. She says that she'll never fall below the yellow line ever. She likes the scale because she likes the feeling of accomplishment.

Tara, 294 lbs, now 139, -155 lbs, 52.72%
