Biography

Kaley Christine Cuoco was born on November 30, 1985 in Camarillo, California to Gary Carmine Cuoco and Layne Ann Wingate. She launched her acting career in 1992 when she appeared in the TV movie Quicksand: No. Seven years later she appeared as Maureen McCormick on Growing Up Brady and this role helped her gain more recognition and land more roles such as that in Ladies Man. She had numerous roles to fill since then, such as those in 8 Simple Rules, Crimes of Fashion and the independent film Debating Robert Lee. In 2004, she was named as the 74th Sexiest Woman on FHM's 100. Her other movie appearances include those in To Be Fat Like Me and The Hollow. She also appeared as a guest on television shows such as Charmed and Prison Break .

Penny is played by Kaley Cuoco in the television series The Big Bang Theory. Penny is an attractive woman who had just broken up with her boyfriend, and happens to be the new neighbor of two geeky physicians who know nothing about life outside the four corners of their laboratory. Her new mission? To teach them that there's much more to life than just physics.
