The Bachelorette: Was Jesse Part of DeAnna's Master Plan?
Let me just go on record as saying that I was one of those people who hated the fact that DeAnna Pappas chose Jesse Csincask on the season finale of The Bachelorette. For someone who seemed to be looking to settle down, get married, and have kids, it was amazing to me that she chose the person who seemed to be the least likely candidate to give her those things right away. Better choices, like Jeremy Anderson and Jason Mesnick, were falling all over themselves to get close to her but she went with the guy that she seemed to have the least amount of chemistry with. Her final choice left fans talking for months and made it a season of The Bachelorette that will not soon be forgotten. The question is: was that all part of her plan?

After the couple was able to make their relationship known publicly, they immediately launched a website.  They began making appearances at charity events, softball games, etc.  DeAnna and Jesse even asked fans to write into to ABC asking them to televise their wedding, which sound alarms that somebody was looking for a little more publicity (or a free ride).  The Bachelorette marks DeAnna's second time on television and airing her wedding would only prolong her time in the spotlight.  When the couple broke up, host Chris Harrison jumped to Jesse's defense, blaming DeAnna for getting an overblown ego and the idea that somehow, this experience would make her famous.

It would be interesting to know Jason Mesnick's thoughts on all of this.  He had his heart broken on national television only to turn around and become the next Bachelor.  Just as ABC announces a premiere date for his season, DeAnna calls things off with Jesse.  I believe that DeAnna and Jesse said at the "After The Final Rose" episode that they would invite Mesnick to their wedding so one can't help but wonder if he has spoken to either of them since the breakup.  If any of these guys from the show were smart, they'd stay away from getting involved, from making comments, and certainly from trying to date her.  Bachelors in the past have gone from dating the winner to the runner-up and never find any luck there.  Jason, just remember: stay away from DeAnna!
