Somehow Trista Sutter has emerged as one of the authority figures when it comes to reality TV dating. Perhaps it's because she's no stranger to reality TV. She's been on The Bachelor's first season where she became runner-up to winner Amanda Marsh, has starred on the first season of The Bachelorette where she picked Ryan Sutter and has appeared on Dancing with the Stars. But more importantly, she and husband Ryan are the only ones who have actually walked down the aisle and created a family.

Not surprisingly, the former Bachelorette has been asked by to weigh in on the new season featuring love searcher Jillian Harris, who came in third place on last season's The Bachelor.

After Monday night's elimination, Jillian is down to 10 men and this makes it even harder for the Canadian beauty to narrow down the field as she gets to know them better. Trista, however, gives her point of view as an outsider and dishes on her favorite contenders.

"Jake: He's definitely a front-runner for me, from the beginning, but it doesn't look like the chemistry lasted past the extraordinary first date they had," Trista wrote. "He's getting the 'you are too perfect' label, but it's just because he's got the perfect smile and dimples and personality and body and drive and so on and so on and so on. Okay. Yes. Jake is perfect. But I think Jillian's being too hard on him. The bottom line: He seems incredibly humble and genuine. How could that be wrong?"
"I wasn't in Jesse's corner really until tonight," she added. "Thought their moments went well on this date, although I do have to say that that hat is not my cup of tea...maybe in England or my almost 2-year-old son. The kiss looked like the kind of kiss that would make her keep him around. At least one guy's got it!"
