While just about every other
Bachelor and
Bachelorette couple called it quits after the cameras turned off,
DeAnna Pappas and Jesse Csincsak still seem to have every intention of staying together and making it to the altar. The couple will marry in the Bahamas, the place that they first fell in love, on May 9, 2009. The date also has a special meaning to them since it's the day that Jesse proposed to DeAnna this year. The couple started a website to keep fans updated on their lives and their upcoming events. Though the site is currently under construction and is being updated, it does let fans know that this week, on September 19th, they will be signing autographs at Walt Disney Studios in Burbank, CA. After that, at the end of this month, they gear up for the Fox Reality Really Awards.
On September 24th, DeAnna and Jesse will sit down for an exclusive interview with
Extra's Mario Lopez before heading off to film the Fox Reality Really Awards. The awards show itself will not air until October 11th. DeAnna is nominated for The Golden Realtini, given to the most memorable reality performer of the year. She is up against Corey Feldman of
The Two Coreys, Captain Sig Hansen of
The Deadlist Catch, Carrie Ann Inaba of
Dancing With The Stars and
Dance Wars, and Holly Madison of
The Girls Next Door. Voting on Fox Reality's website ends on September 23rd.
Right after the Really Awards, Fox Reality will debut a new show entitled
Gimme My Reality Show. The competition takes seven washed up celebrities and has them go up against each other in order to win their very own reality show. The contestants are: AJ Benza, Traci Bingham, Gretchen Bonaduce, Kato Kaelin, Susan Olsen, Ryan Starr, and Bobby Trendy.
It seems that DeAnna and Jesse won't need to compete on the show, especially with the buzz that the couple will get back to reality television next year as ABC televises their wedding, just the way they did for Trista and Ryan Sutter. Though there's no official confirmation, ABC has already given the couple a honeymoon vacation to Greece and no one would be surprised to see these two back on television come May of next year.
