The Bachelorette 4: Season Finale Preview
Monday, July 07, 2008

Tonight’s season finale of The Bachelorette has me worried. Very worried. It seems like there should just be a clear cut winner: Jason. He’s good looking, he’s a great father, he is serious about DeAnna, and he is ready to settle down and get married. Jesse should go home tonight. Should. Yet, Twilley and Graham have said things in their conference calls with the press that have me worried. Anxious almost. I already have objects lined up on my coffee table to throw at my television screen should she send Jason home broken hearted. Here’s a look at tonight’s episode and what some of the rejected bachelors said that have some people thinking DeAnna’s ready to run away with a professional snowboarder. You may think you know what you’re in store for but there’s one shocker tonight that you never saw coming!

** WARNING! SPOILER ALERT (but it’s so good)!! **

DeAnna brings the final two men home tonight, to Georgia, to meet her family. Jason will undoubtedly fare better with her parents, as he is the more socially comfortable of the two. Things take an awkward turn when DeAnna brings both men together to meet her extended family at the same time. One man will ask DeAnna’s father for permission to marry her but he has reservations about both finalists. Before she makes her final decision, she takes both men back to the Bahamas for one final, romantic date.

I’m most excited because, tonight, a rejected bachelor confronts her in the Bahamas! That is amazing, awkward, and exciting all at the same time. I can’t imagine that it’s anyone else besides Jeremy, who seemed to have taken his rejection the hardest. Will the confrontation change DeAnna’s mind and affect any of her decisions?

Despite my love for Jeremy (and sometimes Graham ‘cause he’s pretty), I still have always wanted Jason to walk away the winner, since the very first episode. Twilley felt that DeAnna had the strongest connection with Jesse, calling him as the winner. Graham said that ABC isn’t accurately portraying DeAnna’s relationship with Jesse and hinted that there may be more we haven’t seen.

After the season finale ends, with a proposal, the final two men will appear on tonight’s “After The Final Rose” special. DeAnna will have to face the man she rejected and will finally open up about everything she went through this season. The Bachelor’s Matt Grant and Shayne Lamas will also appear tonight and perhaps finally answer the question: are they still together or are they not? The season finale of The Bachelorette kicks off tonight on ABC at 8pm ET.

Who confronts DeAnna in the Bahamas tonight?
Jeremy
Graham
Twilley
Someone else that you didn't name
