Jill feels like she and Reid just fit. I see her point. They're both goofy and not afraid to make fools of themselves. At the picnic, Reid has a hard time getting out his feelings, but tries his hardest to explain why he and Jill are a good fit. (i.e., what she already knows.)

After the picnic and a few interviews apiece, Reid and Jillian meet up again for dinner and MORE VINO! Jillian asks Reid to specify, again, exactly what he likes about their relationship. Blah blah blah. Reid worries that she might be falling for those other guys who are also on a reality show trying to make her fall in love with them, and that they'll say anything to do so, while he is more thoughtful and slow with his feelings. But he does get out a list of all the things he likes about her, including that she smells good. If only we had Smell-O-Vision to judge for ourselves. Oops, that was gross. Sorry!

The fateful envelope arrives at the table, and Reid leaves it up to Jillian whether the night will be made of Humping Silly or Lonely Jilly. She picks the latter, giving Reid the same speech she gave Kiptyn about feelings and a promise of "soon enough." He respects her decision, but he worries about her accepting the invitation on other dates. She tells him to trust her, and they kiss. Jillian's end interview is very telling: "I feel like I am falling in love with Reid, and I love who I am when I am with Reid."

Date #3: Ed in Sevilla
Jill is having trust issues with Ed. Maybe it's because he left her, and then came begging back two weeks later. I know from experience, that kind of nonsense will really mess with a girl's head. Is he worthy of her trust again? If not yet, how will she know when? They have some catching up to do, so they do it by taking a carriage ride around Sevilla, and then making out in a fountain. Jillian asks a lot about his family, but he doesn't provide many details, though he raves about Chicago.

They sit down to dinner, and talk kids. Ed assures her he'll be ready for some little ones in the next couple years. The envelope arrives at the table. Ed says he'd like to go to the fantasy suite, but Jill rambles on and on about how she is worried about spending the night with him at this point, though she wants to "catch up" with him. Ed, showing some masterful quick thinking, says they can "interpret" the fantasy suite invitation in a lot of ways. They could just use it as a place to "catch up"! With their clothes off! In bed! Actually, he's quite a gentleman, and we close on the couple as they snuggle up and make up for lost time, clothes on.

Date #4: Wes in Barcelona

Wes arrives fired up, talking about his second album, which had a hit song in Chihuahua, Mexico, which basically makes him an expert on Spanish people. Yeah. Jillian is still worried that Wes is untrustworthy and not there for the right reasons. Slowly but surely, girlfriend is catching on. Ever. So. Slooooowly.
