Imagine for a minute that you're Chris Harrison.

(Scary, I know. But bear with me. It's just an exercise.)

As the host of The Bachelor, you've seen countless ups and downs over the show's 19 seasons. Backstabbing, bitch-slapping, and boo-hooing are nothing more than a typical day at the office, as far as you're concerned. But this season's dramatic twists, from cheaters to fake pregnancies, from potential stalkers to potential thieves, might just take the cake. Then there's Mr. Bachelor himself, Jake Pavelka, who just can't seem to play by the rules, and kicks off girls whenever he pleases.

This past rose ceremony, during which he and Ali spent three hours deliberating if she should stay and quit her job, almost put you over the edge. "Can't he just grow a pair and let her go?" you angrily whispered to an unknown PA on set. "I'm gonna apply for her job if she doesn't hurry up and leave!"

Now you're in-flight to exotic St. Lucia. You're tired, your feet hurt, and you wish more than anything that this guy would just wrap it up peacefully. You want to earn your paycheck, but even reality dating show hosts have their limits. Then, from the seat next to yours, Jake looks over at you and asks:

"Seriously, Chris. Off the record. Who's the best girl for me: Tenley, Gia, or Vienna? I need your help!"

Now's the time for you to make your case!

Things to consider:

• How much do you really like this guy? Should you advise him toward the best girl in the bunch, or the girl he deserves?

• What qualities are most important to Jake? Each of these ladies is great in her own way, so how do you determine who's "best"?

• Which girl will make for the best, most exciting Bachelor finale and After the Final Rose special? You're a company man through and through, and you know the viewers (and the ratings) will benefit from the most drama possible.)

• Which girl is the hottest? (C'mon, you're a guy. You have to think about these things.)

• Which girl is most likely to build a long-lasting relationship with Jake? (The ABC higher-ups have been breathing down your neck about improving the show's marriage track record.)

• And finally: which girl should Jake drop, so you can scoop her up and make her the next Bachelorette? (Always looking ahead! Cha-ching!)
