ABC.com recently posted a playlist compiled by none other than Bachelor Jake Pavelka. And, to borrow a line from Barney Stinson: I hope you're not lactose-intolerant, because boy, are these songs CHEESY!

The songs, the site claims are "the most recently played songs in Jake's music collection," and should get us "one step closer" to unlocking the key to Jake's heart.

All I have to say is... if a guy's top tracks in 2010 include the 1982 Toto song "Africa," then his heart has been locked away and buried in a time capsule for toooo long.

Check out Jake's playlist, plus his personal commentary about the songs:

1. Casey Donahew Band - "Ramblin Kind"
"They are a big Texas Country favorite. Very talented artists. I've seen them several times."

2. Aerosmith - "Love in an Elevator"
"I've been following Aerosmith longer than I can remember".

3. Bon Jovi - "Livin on a Prayer"
"Need I say anything about this one?"

4. Toto - "Africa"
"Takes me back to the 80's!"

5. Eagles - "Take it to the Limit"
"AWESOME slow dance song!"

6. Kings of Leon - "Sex on Fire"
"For some reason, I can't stop myself from singing along with this one."

7. Gisselle - "Lo Quero a Morir"
"One of the most talented latin tropical artists ever! High energy dance merengue."

8. Rascal Flatts - "Take me There"
"I think everyone in Texas likes Rascal Flatts."

9. Gloria Estefan - "Tres Deseos"
"If you want to make a girl sweat on the dance floor, can't go wrong with this one. Super High Energy!"

10. Lifehouse - "First Time"
"Really good beat for a hard workout."

Now close your eyes and imagine slow-dancing with Jake to this classic...
