Just like most of the eliminated contestants on The Bachelor, Jake Pavelka and Vienna Girardi got their chance to grace The Ellen DeGeneres Show Thursday to shed light on their controversial love story and managed to spill a few details about their time after filming of the 14th season wrapped up.

Post-Finale Bachelor Interview: The Happy Couple, Jake and Vienna

During and even after The Bachelor, many viewers were quick to pass judgment on Girardi for being the most hated bachelorette in the house - an observation which host Ellen DeGeneres pointed out on her talk show, adding that her heart goes to Girardi for enduring such an unfair treatment from the media.

But no amount of trash talk would change how Pavelka felt about Girardi on The Bachelor because he knew that she was "the one" right off when they had a 45-minute elaborate conversation about love and values in Napa Valley, where Girardi was also featured sneaking into Pavleka's bed room.

"Values, and spirituality, and different things like that," said the Dancing with the Stars contestant, emphasizing that he fall in love with Girardi even before falling into bed with her. "I just realized, Wow, we really line up."

How Long will Jake and Vienna Stay Together?

As for Vienna Girardi, she revealed that she was never really worried that Pavelka wouldn't pick her because her "heart knew that I was gonna marry him one day."

"I wasn't really nervous about Tenley. I think the hardest part was him being with Gia because Gia and I are very close friends. I felt like it was fate," Girardi told Ellen.

Vienna Girardi also revealed that she and Jake Pavelka couldn't keep themselves away from each other so they sneaked around after production of The Bachelor ended even though they weren't supposed to. "We've been together for months. We lived it. We know what happened," she said.
