Can a guy who spends most of his time in the water training for Ironman triathlons really be considered a beach bum?

InTouch Weekly magazine thinks so. They recently released the names of their Top Five Hollywood Beach Bums, and The Bachelor: An Officer and a Gentleman star Andy Baldwin came in at number four.

Also on the list? Beyonce Knowles came in at five, below Andy at spot three was surfer gal Cameron Diaz. Paris Hilton made it into the second spot, and the normally shirtless Matthew McConaughey, appropriately, made it into the top spot.

Andy's inclusion is a bit surprising, again, because while he loves the outdoors, casual lounging on the beach seems to be the last thing he wants to do when he sees an ocean. Along with Tessa Horst, the woman whom he fell for on The Bachelor, recently completed a 1.2 mile rough-water swim across Waimea Bay in Honolulu.

He even has a journal entry on his official website saying that when he was participating in a medical mission in Laos, it wasn't the bugs, isolation or dirty conditions that got to him – it wasn't being able to keep to his training schedule.

And on Tuesday of this week, gossip site TMZ spotted Andy on the beach, but once again, he wasn't lounging and working on his tan. In the picture they snapped of him, he was getting a workout with a punching bag, and sporting some biking shoes.

Although it's clear what he wasn't in California to do (relax), what brought Andy to the mainland isn't readily known…maybe he was working his way up to San Francisco for a visit with Tessa?
