The Bachelor 13: Episode 7 Recap (Page 4/4)
The Bachelor Rose Ceremony

Everyone is assembled outside on a beautiful hillside overlooking the lake. Chris Harrison reminds everyone what's at stake: the two women who receive roses will get to stay in New Zealand and meet Jason's family and Ty. The one who does not receive a rose must head back home immediately.

Jason begins the ceremony with his requisite sighing about how difficult this decision is to make. He assures everyone that he's falling for all three of them, but he has to let someone go. On a completely superficial note, Jillian's hair is totally awesome. I wish I could get my hair to do that.

The first rose goes to Melissa. Wait, how many roses do we have left? Where is Chris Harrison to tell us that there is only one rose left? The final rose goes to Molly. Oh sad! Jillian has to go home. She's too good for Jason anyway. Maybe he realizes how completely eclipsed he would be by her if he stayed with her.

He pulls Jillian aside to assure her that he really, truly cares about her, but their lives are too different. She rebuts that their lives aren't that different, so there. He answers back that she's looking for a best friend, and he's not, but she's all, "Dude, when you're 90, you want to be with your best friend." She shares with him a dream she had the other night about hanging out with him and Ty. She says that she has completely fallen in love with him. They hug good-bye, and he walks her to the limo.

From inside the limo, Jillian wipes away her tears, and confesses that she used to be jaded about love, but she definitely found love with Jason. She really does believe that she is better for him than either of the other two women. Awww, I really like Jillian. I honestly do believe that she is too good for Jason, so in a way, I'm glad that she didn't get the rose. But at the same time, I'm sad that she is sad.

Next week on The Bachelor, it's the reunion show, and the women will tell all. We might find out what happened during Jason and Molly's overnight camping date. We'll also see some never-before-seen moments, and some memorable bachelorettes from earlier in the season. In two weeks, Molly and Melissa meet Ty and the rest of the family in the season finale of The Bachelor. Uh oh, and then DeAnna Pappas dares to show her face in New Zealand. Chris Harrison promises us that it's gonna be the most dramatic finale of The Bachelor EVER!

As credits roll, um, what's going on? Jason and Molly are taking a bubble bath together, and it sounds like Jason is letting one rip, but I think it might just be the tub draining. Ha!
