Jesse Csincsak Petitioned To Be Next 'Bachelor'

After the flood of news about the romance of Jesse Csincsak and The Bachelorette's DeAnna Pappas, you'd think it was for real.  Apparently, the former couple decided to fall prey to the record of broken relationships on reality television.  Things between them are now officially over.  Now, fans of Csincsak thought of one thing that might cheer him up: an online petition drive to get him in the next season of ABC's The Bachelor

Despite the pending wedding plans Csincsak had with Pappas, an online announcement revealed that she broke it off with him earlier this month.  Even though Pappas couldn't handle being with him any longer, it seems as though his fans can't get enough of him.  One of these is Lynn Pinkerton, who is responsible for the petition drive.  A avid watcher of the reality shows, she began her fight to get 2,000 online signatures for Csincsak, found at www.thepetitionsite.com.

Even Jesse's mother, Willie Csincsak, seems to be excited in giving full support to the project.  “She's got 370 (signatures) right now and it's in the fifth day,” she said, without even knowing Pinkerton personally.

Jesse was also asked to comment on what's going on in his life after DeAnna Pappas.  He was busy with his work, recently getting an interview from Olympic snowboarding gold medalist Sean White for “Extra TV.” With the nearing release of White's video game, Jesse Csincsak has his hands tied.

“I'm taking it a day at a time,” he revealed. He also added that he's gone back to focusing on snowboarding, which is his one true passion.  When asked about the online petition, he had little to say.  Like his mother, he didn't have a clue on the identity of Lynn Pinkerton but is at no liberty to stop her.

Another thing he can't do anything about is discussing his experience on The Bachelorette.  ABC put restrictions on him, meaning he is still unable to express his many sentiments regarding the show.  However, he talked about his break-up with DeAnna during an interview with TV Guide.  “I did everything in my power to make this work … but she wasn't willing to try anymore,” he admitted.

Meanwhile, a spokeswoman from ABC also commented on the online petition drive, saying that the program was not involved in the project.  “To the best of my knowledge, this hasn't happened before.  We're focusing on Jason [Mesnick] now.  I can't tell you about any plans beyond that,” she said.

But if fans of the series are already tired of seeing the same faces, then perhaps it's time for a change.  The ABC representative continued to say, “There are always open casting calls.”
