The weeks are numbered as we count down to the
May 20 finale of The Celebrity Apprentice, and that means more drama as the seven remaining celebrities get closer to the grand prize (a $250,000 bonus check to their designated charity). In the upcoming episode "Winning by a Nose," the celebrities are tasked with creating a display and slogan for Donald Trump's new fragrance, "Success." As some
spoilers about the episode have been released, read on only if you don't mind spoiling some (but not all) of the drama in this week's episode!
The project managers are Clay Aiken and Aubrey O'Day in what Clay calls "The Battle of the Gingers - Part 2." On Clay's team, Penn Jilette seems to be forcing his ideas too strongly, effectively taking over the brainstorming session. With Lisa Lampanelli and Dayana Mendoza on the same team again, you would think there would be more drama, but Lisa has seemingly calmed the heat this week, even complimenting Dayana during their photo shoot. Dayana even says Lisa is "not as volatile anymore" - but we'll see how long that lasts.
Meanwhile, on Aubrey's team, she's butting heads once again with teammate Arsenio Hall. Arsenio thinks Aubrey is being too controlling ("the Latin translation of Aubrey means 'bossy'") and in the boardroom Aubrey takes all the credit for her team's ideas (which leads us to believe hers is probably the winning team). When she asks Eric Trump to pose for their display, she even throws her teammates under the bus by saying they have nothing to add creatively.
If Aubrey's team wins (which means the tension between Aubrey and Arsenio probably won't blow up to full potential in the boardroom), who do you think will be going home on Clay's team? It could be Penn, seeing as their display seems to be primarily his idea. Or will either Lisa or Dayana take the elevator down, thereby diffusing one of the
biggest conflicts of the season? Or will Clay, the project manager and the celebrity with the best record thus far, be held responsible for their loss?
