Anybody remember what happened to Dennis Rodman before he was fired in The Celebrity Apprentice
? I honestly actually don't--maybe it's because of what Joan and Melissa Rivers did last week. As long as I can recall, he was becoming pretty erratic, and was fired when his team lost, although I remember Donald Trump saying he would fire him regardless of the result. It was pretty, I don't know, weird or something.
So, as the teasers back then suggested, did he go to rehab? Turns out, not exactly. Rodman, as we all know, has been suffering from a drinking problem, and since then family and friends were trying to convince him to admit himself to an inpatient facility. Even his former coach, Phil Jackson, tried to convince him to do just that, but alas, it didn't work.

"Yes, they tried an intervention, but unfortunately Dennis refused to go," a representative for the athlete said. "We all know how amazing he is when sober and we hope he gets there soon."
However, he's taking a step in the right direction by deciding to join an outpatient program. He'll have to see a counselor regularly for this one.
What's funny is the reason why he didn't want to admit himself to an inpatient program. It's not because of anything serious, at least in my opinion: it's because he badly wants to be at the Celebrity Apprentice
reunion show, which airs live next week on NBC. "He will be in New York City for the show's finale next Sunday," his representative said. So, expect him to appear in this Sunday's three-hour finale, where either Joan Rivers or Annie Duke take the top prize for their charities.
Oh, and also, after next week, maybe he'll admit himself to rehab? Well, at least he's getting there.-Henrik Batallones, BuddyTV Staff Columnist
