Born Omaroseonee O. Manigault on February 15, 1974 in Youngstown, Ohio, breakout reality star of season 1 of The Apprentice, Omarosa Manigault-Stallworth is a former Deputy Associate Director of Presidential Personnel at the White House for former president Bill Clinton. She worked as a political consultant in Washington, DC after earning her college degree from Central State University. She also earned her master's degree from Howard University. A former contender on
Donald Trump reality series, The Apprentice, Omarosa was eliminated in week 9 of the first season. She made her mark in the series, and began appearing on talk shows and reality programs after being sent home from The Apprentice. She appeared in the NBC soap opera,
Passions ,
The Oprah Winfrey Show , Fear Factor, The Surreal Life, Battle of the Network Reality Stars and as a special guest on
I Love New York .
Omarosa owed a lot of her popularity to her short but meaningful stint in The Apprentice, where she often got into conflicts with fellow contestant, Ereka Vetrini, whom she accused of racially insulting her. Vetrini, on the other hand, denied Omarosa's claims, which were also opposed by Donald Trump, Mark Burnett and NBC itself. Omarosa returns to The Apprentice on season 7, dubbed Celebrity Edition, where she is to compete against 13 other individuals for the much-coveted prize of a $250,000 donation to her chosen charity.
