The Celebrity Apprentice Recap: Episode 8.8 (Page 4/4)
Jesse taste-tests Annie's three dishes: meatloaf, chili and meatballs. Jesse loves the chili, but Annie strong-arms him into choosing the meatballs.

KOTU works on their marketing. Clint wants to do an ad, starring himself, which Herschel and Joan aren't too thrilled about. Over in Athena, Melissa is jibber-jabbering, brainstorming an idea for the name of their dish. All the women are concerned about the presentation because Jesse isn't forthcoming about his marketing ideas.

KOTU presents their Orange Asian Soy Chicken, plus French green beans and sweet potatoes to the Schwan's executives. Clint describes the ad that they propose, as Joan also presents the dessert, but the executives aren't sure how you can freeze the yogurt part.

For Athena, Jesse James makes the presentation for the turkey meatballs and gluten-free pasta. The executives really like the food, and they appreciate the fact that gluten-free is a hot market right now, but they are confused by the fact that Clint didn't outline a marketing campaign at all.

It's board room time. The Donald grills Herschel Walker and Team Athena. Herschel says that Joan did better than Clint. The conversation devolves into an argument. It's Athena's turn to be on the hot seat, and this conversation turns to how good Jesse James must be in bed to snag a babe like Sandra Bullock, despite being a total dud in person.

In the end, the Schwan's execs like Athina beter, despite the complete lack of a marketing campaign. This means that another member of KOTU must be fired.

Donald asks Clint who he would fire. Each remaining member of KOTU defend themselves. Donald asks Joan for who he should fire, and the crocodile tears start all over again. She doesn't throw anyone under the bus. Donald fires Herschel Walker for making the wrong decision about choosing chicken and for suggesting an overly-complicated dessert.
