The Apprentice: Celebrity Edition. It's really going to happen. This thing's for real. Unfortunately (or fortunately), Donald Trump was unable to corral his dream cast of Paris Hilton, Lindsay Lohan and Britney Spears and will have to make do with a handful of lower-profile, less drunk celebrities. TMZ.com got a hold of much of the cast, because that's the sort of thing TMZ does. On the streets of New York, a number of the contestants were spotted in the midst of a hot dog selling contest. Now, this probably isn't the entire cast list, but as far as “celebrity” reality shows go, the names are pretty solid.
These are the people who we know will be on the upcoming
The Apprentice: Celebrity Edition.
Omarosa Manigault-Stallworth: Former season 1 contestant on
The Apprentice. She made her name as a villain, and a good one at that. Most likely, Omarosa is the only
Apprentice alumnus on the show.
Lennox Lewis: Former Heavyweight champion of the world in boxing. He's a big dude who recently retired from his sport. However, he does have a dainty English accent that's pretty funny.
Gene Simmons: Kiss lead singer, married to Shannon Tweed, star of TV show
Gene Simmons Family Jewels.
Tito Ortiz: Former UFC title holder. Arrogant, but mildly likable guy.
Stephen Baldwin: A low-level Baldwin brother, veteran of reality TV.
Vincent Pastore: Played “Big Pussy” on
The Sopranos. Vincent was supposed to be a contestant on
Dancing with the Stars last season, but dropped out at the last second.
Carol Alt: Legendary supermodel and sometimes actress. Alt is currently dating an NHL hockey player 13 years younger than her.
John Cena: WWE wrestler. Will
The Apprentice test for steroids?
Marilu Henner: Actress who most famously was a cast member on
Taxi.
Again, this is neither a full cast list or an official one, but it's a start.
