The Andy Milonakis Show is a comedy reality show introduced by Comedy Central, and created by Jimmy Kimmel and Andrew "Andy" Milonakis, who is also the lead of the show. Without any real plot, the program brings forward Andy's hilarious skits, tricks and antics, not to mention his pranks on people on the streets.

The sketch comedy
The Andy Milonakis Show also features Larry, Andy's middle-aged neighbor, Ralphie, Andy's best friend, Freda, a middle-aged woman who likes Andy's chicken wings, and Rivka, an old woman who usually helps Andy with his pranks on delivery guys. Apart from the main cast, the show also has guest celebrities from time to time. Each episode usually starts with a short sketch that serves as a prelude for the rest of the show, which is followed by the full-length sketches. Apparent subjects of the show include Andy's interaction with his neighbors, preparing and eating odd food combinations, and playing with his dog Wubbie. In addition, he often plays tricks on delivery men.
