Danny Masterson was best known as Steven Hyde on
That ‘70s Show. His character had a signature wardrobe consisting of sunglasses and t-shirts with musicians on them such as Led Zeppelin, Jimi Hendrix and The Rolling Stones. He was the best friend of Eric Foreman (
Topher Grace) and often spent time with Michael Kelso (
Ashton Kutcher) and Fez (
Wilmer Valderrama). As the rebel of the group, he was noted for his wiseacre jokes, conspiracy theories, radical antics and love for marijuana. These days, the 31-year-old actor is working on a comedy and a crime-drama movie.
Masterson will be working with his real-life brother,
Christopher Masterson (
Malcolm in the Middle), in the comedy
Made for Each Other. The story centers on a husband's quest to find the right man for his wife in order to morally rectify his infidelity. The project is currently filming and is expected for release next year.
Also set for 2008 is the movie
The Bridge to Nowhere. Directed by Blair Underwood, the crime-drama plot centers on four 20-something men who are stuck in dead-end jobs and struggle with dysfunctional family lives. That ‘70s Show, Danny Masterson did some voiceover work but generally concentrated on doing films. He provided the voice of Quinn in the animated show
Kim Possible and was cast in movies like
