Don Stark as Bob on
That 70s Show
American actor Don Stark was born on August 20, 1954 in New York City. Aside from his numerous roles in television and on film, he also has extensive experience with martial arts, dancing and bodybuilding. He’s worked on the 1990s animated Spider-Man cartoon, CSI, Cory in the House, Star Trek: First Contact, and That 70’s Show. In his spare time, he coaches his daughters’ softball team, and volunteers for the YMCA.
Bob Pinciotti is portrayed by Don Stark in the TV comedy series That 70’s Show. The father of tomboy Donna Pinciotti, he’s not particularly bright and is easily influenced by fads such as hair perms and polyester suits, which constantly embarrasses Donna. Bob even laughs off grumpy neighbor Red Forman’s insults, thinking that he’s just kidding all the time. His passions include his banjo, irritating Red with his happy dimness, and having sex just about anywhere with his wife Midge, even to the point of horrifying Donna. He and Midge eventually divorced, though Bob still tried to retain the same cheery outlook. Similar to how Red was in the Navy, Bob served with the United States National Guard.
