In the pilot episode, Peter (Steve Markle) and Ron (Jeff Kassel) try out a radical new pill. While it's apparent that Ron got the placebo, Peter starts experiencing symptoms that hints that he's pregnant. Convinced that there's a miracle growing inside of Peter, he and Ron get ready for the birth of their baby.
Elsewhere, another testee named Larry (Kenny Hotz) is taking advantage of the new penis-enlargement spray he's been assigned to try out. The wonder spray seems to be effective. On the other hand, getting an erection has a tendency to drain his blood supply, causing him to faint.

It's Always Sunny in Philadelphia has been challenging, but Testees manages to find its own unique way to be subversive, outrageous, and just plain hilarious," FX vice president Nick Grad said in a statement.
