Teen Wolf has promised to reveal the identity of the kanima. And these two videos from the next episode give some hints as to who that creature might be.

The first of these videos is the promo video for the next Teen Wolf episode,  "Venomous."

While not much is given away by this, here are the main points:

  • Derek's puppies drag Jackson in for questioning -- it sounds like Derek suspects Jackson of being the kanima. Which makes sense, considering that Jackson can't account for two hours of time during the last full Moon.
  • One of the werewolves engages in destruction of school property by randomly clawing lockers.
  • Allison is locked and loaded for the kanima hunt.
  • Jackson is about as clueless as always when it comes to the kanima.
  • Stiles, of course, refuses to believe that the slimy killing machine could be his beloved Lydia.
  • It sounds like Derek wants to go and kill Lydia. Scott is not such a fan of this.
  • Remember the pink-glove loving guy outside of the psychologist's office? This is him, right? The show seems to be implying that he's a kanima possibility.

  • Matt(?), naturally, is a suspect as well.
  • Whoever it is, that last frame makes it look like the next transformation may occur in a car.

The second Teen Wolf video is a clip from "Venomous." In it, Scott, Stiles and Jackson discuss who might be the slime monster, while Lydia has yet another encounter with the old Alpha, Peter Hale.

  • You know, Jackson, calling people "testicles" is not the best way to get them to answer questions.
  • I always forget that the lacrosse coach also teaches economics. He's just as crazy as an economics teacher.
  • Apparently, the interview with Derek and the other werewolves happened before this scene. Did Derek somehow paralyze Jackson? That's odd.
  • Of course Jackson sucks up to teachers. Not that it works.
  • It's good to know that Lydia is only fractionally evil. Even if it's a large fraction. But can we trust Stiles to have any sort of objective opinion when it comes to Lydia?
  • The circular economics and staring classmates may be one of the creepiest things ever seen on Teen Wolf.

  • Poor Lydia. Life is tough these days...
  • And what was that powder? Sugar? Anthrax? Something werewolf-y?

Hopefully, the next Teen Wolf episode, "Venomous," will answer these questions when it airs on Monday, June 25 at 10pm on MTV.
