On tonight's episode of
Survivor, James, fully aware that he's a target, decided to keep his immunity idols just a little bit closer. The tribe target another annoying player instead of one who's actually a threat to win the million dollars. Another schoolyard pick occurs for the reward challenge and a player wins immunity at the right time. The tribe members got a shock at the end of this "to be continued" episode but we'll have to wait two weeks to find out what Jeff has in store for them.
James knows that it was a close call at the last tribal council. He received three votes and that was enough to make him watch his back and step up his game. While the tribe made a decision to eliminate
Jean-Robert, the annoying player as opposed to James, the player who's going to win, they found that getting rid of one annoying person doesn't solve their problems. At camp,
Peih-Gee got on everyone's nerves and talk began immediately about how quickly they could get rid of her.
For their reward challenge, Jeff made the tribe members do the dreaded schoolyard pick for teams. To make sure that
Denise didn't feel left out a second challenge in a row,
Todd chose her second to last and Courtney became last pick.
Erik,
Courtney,
Frosti, and
Amanda became the yellow team and took on Todd, Denise, James, and Peih-Gee on the red team. They had to bounce a ball on a drum, passing it back and forth, through a series of obstacles. The red team performed poorly and the yellow team bounced their way to an easy win. For their reward, the foursome went on an overnight cruise complete with a meal.
Jeff gave the tribe members a tough decision to make at the immunity challenge. Compete or eat. If players felt safe, they could opt out of the immunity challenge and chow down on burgers, fries, and cold drinks. It wasn't a tough choice for Courtney, Denise, James, and Todd. They sat down immediately and stuffed themselves silly while Frosti, Amanda, Peih-Gee, and Erik competed in a memory challenge to win the necklace. Peih-Gee ended up winning and just at the right time, as she was a major target for elimination.
Back at camp, Frosti immediately tried to get the others to vote out Erik but everyone seemed fixed on either Courtney or Frosti. At tribal council, Frosti and Erik targeted each other in their votes. Five votes was enough to do it for Frosti and he became the 9th person eliminated and 3rd member of the jury. As the survivors got ready to go, Jeff told them to wait. They had more business to attend to!
Survivor will be airing a clip show next week on Thanksgiving so we'll have to wait 2 weeks for the second part of this episode. Tomorrow, Frosti will be talking to BuddyTV about his time on
Survivor so make sure you check back to hear what he has to say!
