Alex AngaritaAlex Angarita, the Harvard Law grad who can currently be seen dominating on the Moto tribe on this season of Survivor: Fiji, has run into some potential serious trouble with the law back here at home.

Reality TV Calendar reports the trouble started after a Survivor premiere viewing party.  He and his girlfriend allegedly got into a fight and the police were called.  Apparently the controversy continued once the cops arrived, as included in the list of charges are two felony charges of resisting arrest and one felony charge of battery with injury to a police officer.  He is also charged with a misdemeanor charge of possession of marijuana.

Alex appeared in court yesterday and will return to the hearing on March 14th.  For those who just can’t get enough of this reality star, TMZ has some scintillating footage of him walking out of the courthouse with a new haircut.
