Shane Powers Biography:
Shane Powers was born on November 28, 1970 in Omaha, Nebraska. He relocated to Los Angeles after he graduated from high school, and it was there that he, along with two business partners, set up a boutique specialty maketing company with the aim of effectively branding products. Powers also used to work as a club promoter and restaurant manager. His interests include playing basketball and softball, writing and going to bookstores. He sees himself as a witty, outgoing and funny individual, with great communication skills and the ability to manipulate people and not have them be resentful. On the side, he makes time to coach his son's football team.
Powers was a contestant on the 12th installment of the Survivor series, Survivor: Panama-Exile Island, and was a member of the La Mina tribe before was chosen to join the Casaya tribe. 4 tribal councils after the two tribes merged into Gitanos, Powers was voted off the island through the alliance of Cirie,
