Richard Hatch Biography:
Born on April 8, 1961 in Middletown, Rhode Island, Richard Hatch is an openly gay television personality and businessman. He was educated at Florida Institute of Technology, where he majored in oceanography and marine biology, the United States Military Academy, where he majored in management, and George Mason University, where he majored in general studies. Ultimately, he obtained his degree in Management and Applied Behavorial Sciences from National- Louis University. A proud nudist, Hatch has made an appearance at several nude events hosted by the American Society of Harley Davidson Enthusiasts. After appearing on both Survivor: Borneo and Survivor: All-Stars, Hatch tied the knot with his partner, Emiliano Cabral, and acted in the indie flick, Another Gay Movie. In 2006, Hatch was convicted of tax evasion and was sentenced to 51 months in prison.
Hatch first became a celebrity for his naked romps in the very first season of the Survivor series, Survivor: Borneo. His intelligence and well-played strategies earned him the title of Sole Survivor. When he came back for the show’s special season, Survivor: All-Stars, he was the fifth person voted out of the Pearl Islands because his fellow tribe Mogo-Mogo tribe member,
Colby Donaldson , felt Hatch was not trustworthy.
