Supernatural is finally back, and so is Mary Winchester. The season 12 premiere picks up where the show left off, with Sam kidnapped by the Woman of Letters, Lady Toni Bevell, and Dean coming face-to-face with his resurrected mother.

In this clip from the premiere, “Keep Calm and Carry On,” we see Mary adapting to the new world. Coming from a family of Hunters, she’s no stranger to people coming back from the dead (heck, her sons have done it more times than I can count), but it’s still a whole new world for her. Mary has been dead for 30 years and clearly the advances in technology are going to give her some growing pains.

How Long Should SPN Last?>>>

Luckily, Mary already seems to be cool with Cas. Dean, however, seems less concerned with his mom than he is with his missing brother. All he knows is that he was taken by some British lady with a diplomatic airplane.

How will Dean rescue his brother? And how will Mary change the dynamics of the brothers? Find out with Supernatural season 12, airing Thursdays at 9pm on the CW.
