In "Blade Runners," Dean meets up with Crowley again, hoping that he's found the First Blade so Dean can use it to kill Abaddon. However, Crowley isn't quite himself.
During the Trials at the end of season 8, Sam began injecting Crowley with human blood, hoping to cure his demon-ness. It worked, mostly, and Crowley became more emotional and less monstrous. In this clip, Dean refers to him as human, and that's not necessarily a good thing.
Crowley is the kind of human who tries to steal candy from a vending machine. That's not exactly dignified.
