We're just one week away from the
Supernatural season 5 premiere. One week away from new episodes and the start of the apocalypse. It's been a long, long time since Sam and Dean watched on as Lucifer rose, and now that we're almost there, personally, the next seven days seem as long as the three months did back in May.
But we've seen trailers and previews and synopses and pictures of
Supernatural, and now, thanks to Warner Brothers, we have three
brand-new clips from the season 5 premiere, "Sympathy for the Devil."
So sit back, relax, and enjoy a preview of what's to come.
In this first clip, which is a part of what fans saw who attended the
Comic-Con panel, the Winchesters meet up with Chuck, who is surprised
to see they're OK. He's happy, but less excited about the fact that
his living room is covered in bits of Cas.
In the second clip, also from the footage shown at Comic-Con, Zachariah tries to patch things up with Dean after tricking him into freeing Lucifer. In response, Dean calls him an asshat.
In the third clip, Sam tries to get emotional and settle that whole business with the two brothers fighting and vowing to never see each other again. As you might imagine, Dean isn't so willing to talk about their feelings.
The
Supernatural season 5 premiere airs September 10 at 9pm on the CW.
