Now that we have a definitive end date to this summer hiatus for Supernatural (the show returns September 10), it's a little easier to make it through these long months without any new Sam and Dean.  Thankfully the CW Source recently posted a new video interview they did with Jensen Ackles at the Paley Center's annual golf tournament..

While the video doesn't have any huge revelations, it does reinforce the fans' love for the brotherly bonding Supernatural does so well, and it also shows off the scruffy beard Jensen is growing for the summer break.

Mostly, the video shows that Jensen and probably everyone involved with Supernatural knows that making the brothers fight and putting them apart for most of last season was problematic.  While it was interesting from a storytelling perspective, most Supernatural fans respond to the brotherly love between Sam and Dean Winchester, and putting that core relationship in jeopardy was also endangering the fans' primary reason for loving this show.

Luckily the brothers found their way back to one another at the end of the season, and Jensen is happy about it.  Though he claims not to know what season 5 has in store, he hopes it has more of the brothers fighting together.
