The 100th episode of Supernatural changed the game by giving hope to Sam and Dean for the first time this season in their quest to stop the Apocalypse.  Now that the bad blood is behind them, they can get back to simpler things, like weird motels full of elephants.

This week's episode, "Hammer of the Gods," promises to be another strange adventure for the Winchester, so check out the preview clip below.

As you can see, Sam and Dean will spend the episode in a very odd motel with disappearing bellmen and elephants.  It makes a lot more sense when you realize that "Hammer of the Gods" features several religious deities, including Ganesh, the Hindu god depicted as an elephant.  It also might be explained by the return of Richard Speight Jr. as Gabriel, formerly known as the Trickster.





Supernatural airs Thursday at 9pm on the CW.
