We're now less than three weeks away from new episodes of Supernatural and less than six weeks away from the big 100th episode.  To honor that 100th episode milestone, BuddyTV is planning a special week of coverage devoted to the fans' favorite moments from Supernatural, including the funniest quotes.

Every Supernatural fan knows that the show can be downright hilarious, so we want to know what your favorite funny quote is from the series.  Just write the quote in the comment section below and, if possible, please include who said it and what episode it's from.  Then check back during the week of April 15, when the 100th episode airs, to see if your pick made our list.
