It’s a bit dark, but that’s just the way the sound stage is when filming. It’s highly amusing to watch these two just run as quickly as they can through their lines, just for memorization, because it shows that as great as the scripts are, the performances themselves add a lot.
FUN FACT: What TV show do Jared, Jensen and the crew talk about while walking to and from the sound stage? On the day I was there, I overheard them discussing season 3 of the HBO series
Deadwood. Of course it shouldn’t come as much of a shock that the
Supernatural team is full of fans of that show, as it did star Jim Beaver, who now plays Uncle Bobby on this show.
