All is right with the world! Okay, maybe not ALL, but a lot more is right with the world with today's announcement that So You Think You Can Dance will be returning to TV screens this summer. Hopefully, come June 2010, the travesty that was the shortened, rushed, and injury laden season 6 of So You Think You Can Dance will be but a distant memory.

FOX announced today that SYTYCD will be returning to the sweet summer spot (and not the hasty fall rush) for season 7 of the best dance show on TV come Thursday May 27th.


Of course before the big summer show starts, So You Think You Can Dance still needs to find the stars of season 7. Auditions will begin again March 10th in Dallas, TX. Auditions will also be held in the following cities: Nashville, TN (March 14), Chicago, IL (March 18), and Los Angeles (March 26). So if you think you can dance, get your solos ready. If you're just a fan like me, start counting down the days until May 27th!
