The wait is over. We now know the identities of the top 10
So You Think You
Can Dance finalists, who will be making their way across the United States, from Tacoma, Washington to Tampa, Florida in the
So You Think You Can Dance tour.
Tonight, the guest dance performance was a spectacular number from the Alvin Ailey American Dance Theater. The musical performer was Katy Perry, singing "I Kissed a Girl."
But enough of that. Read more to see which dancers were in the bottom three, and which dancers were eliminated in tonight's results show.
Here are the bottom three girls who danced for their lives:
Jessica King
I believe that Jessica is definitely a talented dancer. The contemporary routine that she performed with Will last night was simply breathtaking. She has the technique down, she just needs some help with confidence and also with choreographing her solos. Her solo tonight was just OK. It had a healthy level of difficulty, but it didn't make me cheer.
Kherington Payne
Kherington, on the other hand, looked like she really worked hard on developing her solo tonight. She showed a passion that was lacking in last night's performances that probably tipped the judges in her favor.
Comfort Fedoke
Nigel Lythgoe said that he thought Comfort's solo was brilliant tonight, but I respectfully disagree. I thought Comfort looked too frantic, too desperate to make a good impression, that it negatively affected her solo. The judges must have thought so too – and plus, her past few performances haven't been great either – so she was sent home tonight.
And here are the boys:
William Wingfield
Will's solo was my favorite of the whole night. He showed off perfectly everything he is capable of, and that is quite a lot. Nigel said that he could easily see Will in the Alvin Ailey troupe, and I agree 100 percent.
Twitch Boss
Twitch is so inventive and fun. He might not have exactly the same classroom training as the other dancers, but he knows how to give a stellar performance. As a hip hop dancer, he also seems to draw on a lot of other styles and art media for inspiration as well. He's definitely in the top 10 of
So You Think You Can Dance season 4.
Thayne Jasperson
Nigel really liked Thayne's solo tonight and wished that he could have kept all three guys on through next week, but someone's gotta go. Unfortunately for Thayne, tonight was his turn.
