Breaking news this morning regarding America's Best Dance Crew judge and So You Think You Can Dance choreographer Shane Sparks. According to TMZ Sparks was arrested this morning and charged with eight counts of child molestation.

The alleged incidents began in 1994 and the criminal complaint states that the acts were committed upon an underage girl who was at least 10 years younger than Sparks. Sparks was 20 years old in 1994.

Sparks was arrested at 8am this morning and is currently being held on $590,000 bail.

Sparks is the second So You Think You Can Dance choreographer to be arrested this year. Choreographer Alex DaSilva was arrested in August.

Neither MTV (ABDC) or FOX (SYTYCD) has released a statement on this matter. We will continue to follow the story as it develops.
