Snoop with wife ShanteRomance is in the air for Snoop Dogg, with the rap mogul renewing his vows with wife and Snoop Dogg's Father Hood costar, Shante Broadus.

The couple, who has been married for 10 years, renewed their vows at a friend's ranch outside of Los Angeles last Saturday.  Gossip reporter Janet Charlton reports that the ceremony was a complete and total surprise to Shante, who Snoop affectionately calls “Boss Lady.”

According to Charlton, Shante was told that she and Snoop would be going to a formal anniversary party.  At the ranch, Snoop, who was wearing a black tuxedo, headed to the front to toast the couple who was supposedly celebrating their anniversary.  However, he began talking about Shante, making a touching speech about the difficulties of being a married couple in the entertainment industry, and how much he appreciated her.

After Snoop's speech, the minister walked out and revealed that it was indeed a wedding.  During the surprise ceremony, Snoop gave Shante a diamond band ring.  They held hands and lit a unity candle, with Snoop looking teary-eyed.

After the ceremony, the re-minted husband and wife dined on a buffet spread with guests.  Snoop visited every table, thanking the people for attending.  All of the day's events were recorded for Father Hood, although it is not yet clear in which episode the ceremony will be featured.

Snoop Dogg's Father Hood is a new reality series that features the rap star, his wife and their three children.  Snoop told Showbuzz that he hopes the series will show “the positive things that I do in life, along with being a father and a husband.”

One person who needed some convincing about Snoop's more “positive” side is Spice Girl Victoria Beckham, wife of soccer superstar David Beckham.

"I met Victoria one time, at the Live 8 concert in 2005. She didn't like me much - she didn't like my bad boy persona,” Snoop told the Daily Mirror.  “All she knew was, 'Snoop Dogg's a bad guy.  I don't want my husband dealing with him - he's going to rub off on my husband.'”

However, after seeing Father Hood, Snoop said that Victoria changed her mind about him, and is not worried about his relationship with David, who has already appeared on the show.

Do you think Snoop Dogg's marriage will last another 10 years?
No, I'm surprised it even lasted this long.
Yes, they seem in love and devoted to one another.
