Rapper Snoop Dogg is currently starring in E!'s latest reality series,
Snoop Dogg's Father Hood, and seeing as the show revolves around the rapper's family, one nine-year-old boy claiming to be his son is eager to get some screen time of his own.
“I should be with him on the show, but I'm not,” Julian Corrie Broadus told
Star magazine late last month. “I don't want to be an actor; I want to be a basketball player. But I want to be on the show to get to know my family.”

That “family” is not only made up of Snoop Dogg, but also his wife Shante and their three children Corde, Cordell and Cori, all of whom star in
Father Hood.
The tabloid claims that it has the necessary documents to prove that Snoop Dogg, whose real name is Cordozar Calvin Broadus, Jr., is indeed the father of young Julian. Julian's mother, 34-year-old Laurie Holmond, told
Star that she has known Snoop Dogg since attending the same high school in Long Beach, California.
“We had a great relationship until June of 1997, when I suddenly heard on the radio that he had gotten married,” Holmond explained. “Calvin told me I wouldn't understand, and he was right, I wanted nothing to do with him.”
She went on to say that three months after she found out Snoop Dogg was married, she and the rapper hooked up at the Le Reve Hotel in Hollywood. Nine months later, she gave birth to Julian.
“When I told Calvin I was pregnant, he said, ‘I don't know how I'm going to tell Shante," Holmond recalled to
Star. "But when Julian was born, Calvin was right there, and he took responsibility like a man."
Holmond claims that it has been five years since Snoop Dogg last saw Julian, and that she took the rapper to court, where it was established in June that he was the father. Snoop Dogg has apparently agreed to see Julian again, but Holmond said the time has come for the
Father Hood star to “acknowledge” his son.
