After the highly-charged, fantastic new show
Smith was canceled by CBS after only three episodes hit the air, fans wondered if CBS would ever air the four other episodes that had been produced. As it turns out, CBS isn't going to air them on the network, but they are now streaming the episodes, free-of-charge on CBS Innertube, which is on the CBS website.
This is a fair enough compromise, I suppose, but it can't make up for the anger that
Smith fans still feel towards CBS for giving up on the show so early on in the season.

yeah thats good to hear but innertube is not for viewing outside of the usa
What I've never understood is why, if
Smith has already finished filming seven episodes when it halted production, why wouldn't you air the rest of the episodes like normal, in the same time slot. CBS spent a ton of money on
Smith (a reported $3 million per episode) and you'd think they'd at least give it a shot to pick up some steam and viewers, as unlikely as that might be.
I thoroughly enjoyed the first episodes of
Smith and thought it had potential. I did, also, think that
Smith was going to be very difficult to produce each and every week, given how much each episode looked and felt like a movie. It had to be expensive. Thus, when the cancellation came to fruition, I was disappointed but not surprised.
Now, I'm excited to check out the rest of the episodes. I just wish my computer were as big as my TV.
