The final season of Smallville premieres this Friday, and it looks like it could get creepier than ever. A new video clip shows Tess Mercer, back from the dead, touring LutherCorp's version of the Island of Dr. Moreau.

Check out the new clip from the season 10 premiere, "Lazarus."



That's a lot of creepy Lex clones, and the idea of harvesting organs from clones is a little too reality-based for the comic book adventures of Smallville. However, if it brings us one step closer to Lex being healed (and the possible and oh-so-tantalizing hope that Michael Rosenbaum could return), then I encourage LutherCorp to test on all the Lex clones it wants.

Smallville returns Friday at 8pm on the CW.
