'Smallville Roundup: Tom Welling Wants Reunion with Lex and Lana, and More
The CW has already made its decision to end Smallville after season ten. However, according to Tom Welling, who ironically leaked the news in the first place, there might be hope for more. That is, if the fans want it.

Smallville Wraps Up After Season 10

Some of these die-hards might even agree with what Tom Welling wants. That is, to have old buddies Lex Luthor and Lana Lang back on the show.

Tom Welling Teasers
During a recent interview with MTV News, actor Tom Welling revealed what he's hoping for on the next season of Smallville. It was actually more like a plea to friends Michael Rosenbaum and Kristin Kreuk though.

"I want to see Lex [Luthor]," he said. "I want to see him come back. In the show, he's still alive. He's just not around. But I want to see Michael [Rosenbaum] and I want to see Lex Luthor. I want to know how that relationship really turns out. Because that's the big relationship that I believe propelled Clark to become Superman."

He even told E! Online, "I'd love to see Kristin come back. I'd love to see Lois and Lana in the same room with Clark. That'd be a very interesting scenario, it'd be fun."

Season 10 NOT the Final Season?
Another very interesting scenario that Tom Welling put in our heads is the possibility of Smallville not ending after season 10. "You never know," he revealed. "If you don't know this already, as a fan you guys have all the power. The more people that watch, the more chance the show has to continue. We're not here for a 10th season without the fans. That's the truth."

Perhaps a movie then?

Smallville Creators Working on Charlie's Angels
Whether or not another Smallville project is in the works, Alfred Gough and Miles Millar won't be a part of it. The two creators of the CW show have moved on and, as Reuters reports, will be working on another new endeavor.

ABC is planning on a reboot of Charlie's Angels, with the duo in mind as writers for the potential pilot order. There might even be a midseason launch for the TV remake. So in case there won't be another Smallville installment, we have this to wait for. That is, if you're not too excited about Tom Welling's Hellcats.
