What would you do if your memories were slowly taken away one by one?  That's the creepy problem Chloe will have to deal with in tomorrow night's episode of Smallville, as Brainiac infiltrates her brain and begins deleting her internal hard drive.  Chloe forgets who all of her friends are, but she does remember Davis, who was revealed to be General Zod's son in a shocking twist last week.  It's probably not wise to turn to the blackout-prone paramedic in a time of crisis, but maybe Davis can help save Chloe before she forgets who she is.

To get fans ready for tomorrow night's Smallville, entitled "Abyss," we have some photos and a clip from the episode.

The CW's official description of the episode reads: "Brainiac begins removing Chloe’s (Allison Mack) memories one by one until the only person she remembers is Davis.  Clark (Tom Welling) realizes the only way to stop Brainiac from taking over Chloe’s mind is to rebuild the Fortress and ask Jor-El to heal her."

The first photo from the episode should make Chlark fans happy, as it definitely looks like Clark cares enough about his friend to go to the ends of the earth to save her.




I'm excited to see more scenes between Allison Mack and Sam Witwer this week, as I think they're two of the best actors on the show.  Chloe turns to him when she starts losing her memory, but will he be able to save the day?



The clip from "Abyss" shows Chloe telling Davis all about her memory loss. All she can remember is her own name and the face of the hunky paramedic. "It's like you've become my entire world," she says, giving him the perfect opportunity to comfort her.



The new episode of Smallville, "Abyss," airs Thursday at 8pm on the CW.
