The next morning Clark is in the barn meeting with a few people to help him bury Doomsday in the center of the Earth. Meet Clark's team: Black Canary and Impulse! Huzzah for the return of Kyle Gallner. Oliver shows up to play doubting Thomas, questioning whether the almighty's Clark's plan is really what;'s best. Impulse wants to know what the dealio is with their tension and Clark reveals that Oliver killed Lex and then kicks him off the team.
Jimmy uses the Isis computer to monitor communications between members of the Justice League and he overhears Black Canary tell Clark that they found Chloe. When Clark shows up, Black Canary and Impulse reveal it's a trap as Green Arrow shoots Clark with a Krypto-Arrow to make sure he doesn't actually die. That's what you get for trusting a petty thief and a conservative pundit.
Tess accuses Lois of stealing her Orb and when Lois has no clue what she's talking about, another awesome catfight between these two ensures. They roll around on the desks of the Daily Planet and get pretty physical. That fight comes to a sudden and unexpected conclusion when Lois touches the time travel ring Clark left on his desk and vanishes to...who knows.
Oliver and his team take Chloe and Davis to their warehouse to kill him. Davis agrees with this approach since he knows how futile it is to try and control Doomsday. But Chloe wants t stop them. Davis starts to freak out and turn into Doomsday, but before the Justice League can stop him, Chloe grabs some nearby Black Kryptonite and jams it into Davis' chest. This does the trick and splits Davis the human from Doomsday the alien, only now there's a giant pure destroying alien on the loose. That plan was not well thought out.
