That night the Green Arrow sneaks into Tess' vault, only this time it's not a euphemism.  Tess comes home, and rather than hide in the closet, Oliver takes a more direct approach by stripping naked and hiding in her bed.  How in the name of all that is holy is she strong enough to resist the presence of a completely naked Oliver Queen?  The woman is a freak of nature.

As if not having sex with Oliver isn't bad enough, Tess' night gets worse when an explosion knocks Oliver out.  Parasite and Plastique show up to exact revenge.  Thanks to his Live Wire power boost, Parasite was able to short circuit the exploding chips.  The Injustice League is going rogue.

They tie her up and demand to know where all the other freaks are that Tess has recruited so they can save them and team up to do very bad things.  Clark arrives thanks to a new super-car courtesy of Dr. Emil, but he's still weak.  Luckily the Green Arrow has regained consciousness (and his leath suit), so he swoops in to take out the bad guys with some Kryptonite.

The Green Arrow begins pummeling Parasite, but Clark demands that he stop so Clark can take his powers back...while Tess is watching.

Later Clark and Oliver lay all their cards on the table.  Oliver admits to killing Lex Luthor and Clark admits to not actually wanting to kill Davis.  I vote Democrat, but even I'm tired of Clark's whiny liberal crap about how if he kills Doomsday, he's no better than the villains he fights.

That's not true, and Tess agrees because she stole and destroyed the Black Kryptonite to force Clark into killing Davis.  She knows that the villains always escape from prison or even the Phantom Zone, and that sometimes the great heroes need to sacrifice their own morality to save the world, just like Jack Bauer.

Tess goes back to her office where a glowing orb is telling her what to do.  It's guiding her, and it decides that now Tess must be the savior of Kandor.
