The Injustice League is comprised of Plastique, Parasite, Live Wire and Neutron.  They were tasked to track Davis, but he found them and killed Neutron.  Live Wire is ticked off and wants out, so Parasite drains her of her power to boost his own and just like that, the Injustice League is now the Injustice Duo, all led by Tess Mercer, who isn't happy with Live Wire's performance.

Clark gets a call from Dr. Emil who found two recently deceased meteor freaks.  One (Neutron) was clearly killed by Doomsday, but the other one (Live Wire) was killed by a tiny explosive/GPS tracking device implanted in her brain.  In an even bigger and more confusing twist, Chloe gets a call from Parasite.

It turns out Watchtower is moonlighting as the brains behind the Injustice League as well.  Chloe tells them about Live Wire's death which leads her to conclude that Tess Mercer can't be trusted.  Parasite and Plastique don't care, heading off to finish their mission.

Oliver turns on the charm to try and seduce his way into Tess Mercer's vault.  He even brought wine so he can "pop the cork."  She tells him to keep his cork in his pants.  I demand more Oliver/Tess scenes, because they're always simultaneously funny, sexy and dramatic.

Chloe decides to tell Clark the truth about working for Tess' team of freaks, but then Chloe's head has a tiny explosion as Tess clearly detonates her chip.  Chloe dies in Clark's arms.

Only, as you probably guessed by now, Chloe isn't really Chloe, but Tess' assistant who is a morphing freak.  So both Clark and Chloe seemed to switch their positions on Davis but secretly they were lying.  That's lame.  Clark rushes off to talk to Plastique about the exploding microchip in her brain, but she doesn't care.  It's a trap, as Parasite sneaks up behind Clark and drains him of his power, nearly overloading on the superfreak's power.  It's superfreaky.
